Forgot the password for your home Wi-Fi, which is distributed by your router BeelineThis situation is familiar to many: you entered your password once during the first connection, and then it worked automatically for years. Now you need to connect a new device, a guest urgently needs internet, or you just decided to change your security key—but where can you get one? Luckily, there are several proven methods. Find out the Wi-Fi password on a Beeline router, and most of them don't require a support call or a factory reset.
In this article, we will look at all the current methods - from viewing the password in router web interface before recovery through Beeline personal account or a mobile app. Important: If you haven't changed the default administrator password on your router, the process will take no more than 2-3 minutes. If access to the settings is blocked, you'll have to use workarounds. We'll also explain what to do if you rent a router from a provider and resetting the settings could violate the terms of your contract.
All instructions are suitable for popular router models, which Beeline issues to clients in 2020–2026: Sagemcom F@st 5280/5330/5364, Sercomm RV6699, Huawei HG8245H, ZTE ZXHN H298A and others. If your model is different, the principles remain the same; only the menu item names may change.
1. How to find out your Wi-Fi password via the Beeline router web interface
The most reliable way is to log in router control panel and view the password in your wireless network settings. To do this, you'll need:
- 🖥️ A computer, laptop, or smartphone connected to this router via cable or Wi-Fi (If connected via Wi-Fi, the password is already saved in the system - see Method 2).
- 🔑 Router administrator login and password (usually found on a sticker on the device body).
- 🌐 Any web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari).
Step-by-step instructions:
- Open your browser and type in the address bar
192.168.1.1or192.168.0.1(less often -192.168.1.254). ClickEnter. - In the authorization window, enter your username and password. These are standard for most routers. Beeline:
- Login:
adminorbeeline - Password:
admin, beelineor indicated on the sticker (for example,user1234).
- Login:
Wi-Fi (or Wireless network, Wireless).Security (Security) - here in the field Password (Password, Key) the current network key will be displayed. If the password field is hidden by asterisks (••••••••), put a tick next to Show symbols (Show Password).
Check if you are connected to this router via cable or Wi-Fi
Try a different browser (sometimes Safari blocks access)
Make sure you are entering the correct IP address (look at the sticker on your router)
Clear your browser cache or open the page in incognito mode-->
⚠️ Attention: If you changed the administrator login/password and forgot them, you will have to reset the router to factory settings (see Method 5). This will delete all personal settings, including the Wi-Fi password.
2. How to view a saved Wi-Fi password on a connected device
If your laptop, smartphone or tablet is already connected to the network Beeline, the password can be extracted from the saved data without access to the routerThe methods vary depending on the operating system.
🖥️ On Windows 10/11
Open Settings → Network and Internet → Wi-Fi. Click Managing known networks, select your network Beeline and click Properties. In the section Security parameters there will be a line Network security key — check the box Show entered characters.
📱 On Android
On most smartphones (eg. Samsung, Xiaomi, Honor) the password can be viewed like this:
- Open
Settings → Wi-Fi. - Tap on the name of your network (for example,
Beeline_1234). - Click
ShareorQR code— the system will request fingerprint/password confirmation, after which it will display the password.
🍎 On iPhone or iPad
Apple does not allow you to view saved Wi-Fi passwords directly, but there is a workaround via Keychain Access (if you have Mac):
- Connect iPhone To Mac through iCloud Keychain.
- Open
Spotlight(⌘+Space), enterKeychain Access. - Find your network Beeline, double-click on it and check the box
Show password.
3. Password recovery through your Beeline personal account
If the router is rented from Beeline and is linked to your contract, the Wi-Fi password can be found in personal account On the provider's website or in the mobile app. This method works even if you can't access the router settings.
Instructions for the web version:
- Go to the website
beeline.ruand log in (use your phone number and password from your personal account). - Select a section
Internet→My devices(orEquipment). - Find your router in the list. Next to the network name (
SSID) there will be a buttonShow passwordorConnection details.
In the mobile app My Beeline the path is this:
- Open the tab
Internet. - Tap on the block with information about the router.
- Select
Wi-Fi settings— will be displayed hereNetwork nameAndPassword. - 📋

Admin Password- password to enter the router settings (needed for method 1).
⚠️ Attention: If the router was purchased independently (not rented from Beeline), Wi-Fi data may not be available in your personal account. In this case, use Method 1 or Method 2.
Go to router settings | View on the connected device | Restore through your Beeline account | Reset the router to factory settings -->
4. Default password on Beeline routers: where to find it
If you have never changed your Wi-Fi password, it may be the same as factory, which is indicated on the router's sticker. It's usually located on the bottom or back of the device. Look for the following information:
The factory password format depends on the router model:
| Router model | Default password format | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Sagemcom F@st 5280/5330 | 8 characters: letters and numbers | A1B2C3D4 |
| Sercomm RV6699 | 10 digits | 1234567890 |
| Huawei HG8245H | 12 characters: mixed case | AbCdEfGh1234 |
| ZTE ZXHN H298A | 8 digits | 87654321 |
If the sticker is worn off or missing, try the standard combinations for your model: for Sagemcom this is often admin or beeline, For Huawei — telecomadmin or nE%jA@5b.
What to do if the sticker is missing?
If the data label is lost, try:
1. View the password in settings of the connected device.
2. Use Beeline personal account (if the router is rented).
3. Reset the router to factory settings (see Method 5) - after the reset the network will be called Beeline_XXXX, and the password will become the default (see table above).
5. Resetting the router to factory settings (extreme case)
If none of the previous methods worked, the only thing left is hard reset router. This will erase all custom settings, including the Wi-Fi password, and return the device to its "out of the box" state. Beeline will automatically bind the router to your contract, so the Internet will work again, but the network name and password will become standard (see Method 4).
How to reset settings:
- Find the small button on the back of the router.
Reset(sometimes it is recessed into the body). - Take a paper clip or a toothpick and press and hold the button 10-15 secondsuntil the indicators start flashing.
- Release the button and wait for the reboot (1-2 minutes).
After reset:
- 🔄 Network name (
SSID) and the password will become standard (see the sticker on the router). - 🔌 You may need to reconfigure
PPPoE-connection (login/password for Internet access are usually specified in the contract with Beeline). - ⚠️ If the router is rented, resetting it may lead to blocking (we recommend calling support first) Beeline by number
0611).
6. Alternative methods: calling support and hacking programs
If nothing helps, you can contact support Beeline by phone 0611 (free per room) Beeline) or 8 800 700-06-11 (for other operators). The specialist can:
- 📞 Provide your Wi-Fi password (if the router is linked to your contract).
- 🔧 Remotely reset your router (if it supports remote control).
- 📄 Send connection details by email or SMS.
As for Wi-Fi hacking programs (for example, Aircrack-ng, Wifi Hacker), their use illegally and may result in device blocking or fines. Furthermore, modern routers Beeline use strong encryption WPA2/WPA3, which is almost impossible to hack without physical access to the device.
⚠️ Warning: Attempts to guess the password to someone else's Wi-Fi network are considered as unauthorized access to computer information (Article 272 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The risks aren't worth it—it's better to use the legal methods in this article.
